At California Automatic Doors, we stand behind our work. Every install and repair includes industry-leading warranty protection — so you can feel confident from day one.

✅ Standard Warranty (Included with Every Job)

Micom Operators
• 3-year manufacturer warranty on all Micom automatic door operators we install.

Other Parts (Sensors, Buttons, etc.)
• Covered under their respective manufacturer warranties — typically 1 to 3 years.

CAD Labor Warranty (Year 1)
• 1-year warranty on all installation and repair labor performed by CAD.
• If something goes wrong due to how it was installed or configured, we’ll fix it — at no charge.

🛠️ What’s Covered

• Manufacturer defects in parts or materials
• Improper installation or configuration
• Faulty components installed by CAD

🚫 What’s Not Covered

• Damage from vandalism, flooding, fire, or misuse
• Normal wear and tear (hinges, seals, etc.)
• Work done by non-CAD technicians
• Lack of routine maintenance

🕐 Optional Extended Warranty Plans

Add coverage for peace of mind — even after the first year.

1-Year Extended Warranty – $199
• Covers all CAD labor and service calls for 12 months beyond the standard warranty
• Must be purchased within 30 days of installation
• Covers service-related issues — not physical damage or misuse

2-Year Extended Warranty – $349
• Covers all CAD labor and service calls for 24 months beyond the standard warranty
• Must be purchased within 30 days of installation
• Best value for long-term protection
